Our commitments

Built on Swiss standards of reliability.

Working with Fujisan means working with a Swiss counterpart, under clear rules, from the first quotation to the last delivery.

Swiss legal framework

Fujisan Sagl is a limited liability company entered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Ticino. Agreements are concluded in writing under Swiss law.

Transparent terms

Clear quotations, agreed Incoterms and no hidden margins. Invoicing from Switzerland in CHF or EUR, with payment terms fixed before the first order.

Regulatory compliance

Every product is checked against Swiss and EU requirements before import: food law, cosmetics regulation, product safety, labelling and country-of-origin rules.

Confidentiality

Supplier conditions, pricing and product information stay confidential. A non-disclosure agreement is available on request before any exchange of sensitive documents.

Traceability

Each shipment is documented from the maker's premises to the European warehouse: batch references, transport documents and customs records are kept and shared on request.

One accountable contact

A named director follows your account in Switzerland and in Japan. No call centres, no intermediaries between you and the decision-makers.

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers for makers and buyers.

Do you work with small makers or only large manufacturers?

Both. We work with family ateliers as well as established manufacturers. What matters is product quality, consistency and a shared interest in building a long-term presence in Europe.

Which countries do you cover?

Switzerland first, then the European Union through our Lugano base at the Italian border. Distribution scope is defined together with each partner.

Who handles customs, labelling and regulatory compliance?

We do. Import documentation, Swiss and EU regulatory requirements, labelling in local languages and certifications are part of our service.

How do we start?

Send us a short presentation of your products or your sourcing needs. We reply within a few working days with a first assessment and, if relevant, propose a meeting in Tokyo, Lugano or online.

In which languages can we communicate?

English, Japanese, French, Italian and German.

Contact

Let's talk about your products.

Whether you are a Japanese maker looking at Europe or a European buyer looking for Japanese products, we would be glad to hear from you.
